Garland XPG36-2L Description
The Garland XPG36-2L X-Press gas griddle lets users program their own recipes using a USB interface, and to control the temperature, cooking gap, and timer, operators can use the touchscreen controls. If something malfunctions, the advanced diagnostics identify what's wrong, making it quick and convenient to fix the problem and get the unit back up and running. Its temperature controls are advanced and ensure precise cooking by preventing overshooting and undershooting.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Garland XPG36-2L gas griddle can be wiped down, and after cleaning is complete, users can store their towel on the convenient bar located on the front. The seven heating zones are adjusted individually, letting users cook breakfast on one side and lunch on the other. If the griddle needs to be relocated to another spot in the kitchen, users can roll it on the four included casters. Two of these casters brake, ensuring that it doesn't swivel while cooking.
