Garland XPG24-1L Description
Operators of the Garland XPG24-1L X-Press gas griddle can program their favorite or most popular recipes into the touchscreen control pad with the USB interface. The control pad also lets users adjust the cooking gap, the timer, and the temperature of the platen and the grill. Designed with five individually controlled lanes, several foods can be cooked at once, reducing ticket times and increasing efficiency. When one of the lanes isn't being used, it can be turned off to save money on energy.
The Garland XPG24-1L gas griddle has grease collectors on both sides, catching debris and making the unit convenient to clean because most of the grime is in one spot. To further facilitate cleaning, these grease collectors along with the front, sides, and top of the unit are made of stainless steel, a material that can be quickly wiped down. After the operator cleans the griddle, they can hang their towel on the handy bar, and in case the unit needs to be wheeled to a different room, it is mounted on casters.
