Garland XPG24-1L Description
Mounted on four casters, the Garland XPG24-1L X-Press gas griddle can be moved throughout the kitchen, and because two of these casters have brakes, the unit is kept stable while cooking. It is made of stainless steel, making it convenient to clean and durable enough for repeated use. The grease collectors are made of stainless steel as well, so if food particles or debris gets stuck inside, it can be wiped down. After cleaning, users can hang their towel on the front-located towel bar.
The advanced controls on the Garland XPG24-1L gas griddle prevent the temperature from changing too much, ensuring that food doesn't burn or undercook. Using the touchscreen display, operators can adjust the temperature, time, and cooking gap, and all five cooking zones can be controlled individually to cook various products at once. Users can even program their favorite recipes with the USB interface. To take the guesswork out of maintenance, the unit runs preventive diagnostics to inform users of any problems.
