Garland XPE362L Description
With a 3⁄4-inch bottom plate, the Garland XPE362L XPress commercial press griddle provides excellent heating and recovery to cook food fast. This speed is expedited by the grill’s two-surface design—it places steaks, omelets, and other foods between two griddle plates to cook both sides simultaneously. The top platens are adjusted automatically by a quiet lift system and an open spot on the griddle’s right side supports conventional-style grilling.
The Garland XPE362L press griddle uses programmable controls and a USB interface to run user operations. Chefs can update menu options, control temperature levels, or set independent cooking zones to accommodate differing products. This griddle uses splash guards and side-mounted pans to collect grease, meat juice, batter, and other types of food residue. Stainless steel components improve overall unit strength and longevity.
