Garland UIR36 Description
For finishing steaks or crisping up casseroles, the Garland UIR36 Salamander natural gas broiler features two infrared burners outputting 20,000 BTUs each. Because this unit features separately controlled hi-low valves, operators can expose two products at different temperatures. The separate heat zones enable thorough cooking, while the unit's built-in gas regulator enhances safety as it works at high or low intensities. This unit is powered by natural gas for quick heating, increasing overall efficiency.
The built-in heat shields installed in the Garland UIR36 natural gas broiler reduce heat leakage for a more efficient design. For full-body strength, the top, front, and sides are constructed of stainless steel to create a sturdy, corrosion-resistant design. It has an overall size of 351/2 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 15 inches high and features a 1/2-NPT gas inlet. For simplified cleaning at the end of the business day, this broiler's built-in drip pan is removable.
