Garland U60-G60RR Description
The Garland U60-G60RR U series restaurant range is powered by natural gas. To produce dishes that require different cooking methods, the top of the range holds a griddle and its base holds two standard ovens. Both the griddle and ovens are controlled with large knobs, and for durability, the range's sides, front, plate rail, back guard, and shelf are constructed of stainless steel.
The Garland U60-G60RR restaurant range's standard ovens can hold a sheet pan in both directions. So users won't get burned while opening and closing the ovens, their door handles stay cool during cooking. Heated by H-shaped burners, the griddle plate is 5⁄8 of an inch thick.
