Garland SHDUIN7000 Description
Because of its stainless steel construction, the Garland SHDUIN7000 commercial induction cooktop is durable and corrosion resistant. The ceramic glass top resists impact, so it won't break effortlessly when pans are slammed down on it. This unit is operated with rotary controls on an attached control panel, and the power level can be adjusted to 12 different settings. To ensure efficient energy transfer, this cooktop has electronic output limitation.
The Garland SHDUIN7000 drop-in induction cooktop transfers energy to a pan instantly and prevents heat from escaping to the surrounding air. Using RTCSmp technology, it automatically detects when a pan is placed on it and monitors the temperature for accurate cooking. To prevent overheating, this cooktop has an integral cooling fan, and a sensor shuts the unit off if any risk is involved.
