Garland MCO-ES-10M Description
The full-size, single-deck design of the Garland MCO-ES-10M convection oven can be a valuable addition to kitchen supplies, as it can accommodate ample amounts of food product. This oven comes with six chrome-plated oven racks to hold a variety of pan and batch sizes. The oven cavity interior is made of durable stainless steel and is endowed with a porcelain enamel finish that reduces signs of wear and has coved corners to enhance airflow and simplify cleaning. A stainless steel exterior protects this item from dents and corrosion while also providing a clean, professional appearance that complements nearby hardware. This oven is accessed through two stainless steel doors equipped with double-pane thermal glass windows.
To provide quick access to oven contents, the Garland MCO-ES-10M convection oven has a 60/40 dependent door design that enables efficient, one-handed operation. Along with thermal glass windows, the oven interior is equipped with LED lights to provide a clear view of oven contents to monitor the cooking process. This oven has a temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and is equipped with a forced-air, two-speed fan that works to disperse heat evenly throughout the oven cavity for consistent cooking results. An EasyTouch digital display enables efficient operation, and a Cook and Hold feature offers independent timers for cooking and holding functions to maximize the usefulness of this item.
