Garland MCO-E-25-C Description
Built to withstand high-volume use, the Garland MCO-E-25-C half-size electric convection oven has a durable, stainless steel exterior and a sturdy, porcelain-enameled oven interior. Both materials can be wiped clean, so users can keep the oven sanitary and attractive inside and out. It has 10 total racks to accommodate food pans; these racks are adjustable with nine position guides per deck. For safety purposes, the unit turns off if the temperature gets too high.
The Garland MCO-E-25-C double convection oven has two doors with thermal glass windows. These windows provide a look into the oven cavity when the door is shut, reducing energy costs and enabling users to monitor food for precision. To eliminate cooking guess work, this unit has a 60-minute timer that does the work on its own.
