Garland MCO-E-25-C Description
The Garland MCO-E-25-C half-size convection oven can cook multiple foods at a time in its two separately controlled decks. These can be adjusted with the solid-state Master thermostat between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes with 10 oven racks for cooking various products. These racks are chrome plated to resist corrosion and can be adjusted between 18 total positions.
To save money on electricity, both doors in the Garland MCO-E-25-C double electric convection oven include a thermal glass window, providing interior visibility while the doors are closed. The 60-minute timer alerts users when food is finished cooking. The exterior is made of stainless steel, so it endures high-volume use and can be cleaned swiftly.
