The Garland HOIN450 drop-in commercial induction buffet has one Ceran® glass top with a heat-retaining plate. To monitor the levels, this top has a display that shows both the current temperature and the set temperature. RTCSmp temperature control provides precise temperatures so foods don't burn. Preventing heat from escaping into the environment, the induction buffet only heats up when an induction-ready pan is being used.
