Garland HOIN3200 Description
Using the Garland HOIN3200 drop-in commercial induction buffet, operators can warm a different item on each of its four tops. Each top can be set to a separate temperature, and users can monitor that temperature by checking the dual display, which shows both the current level and the set level. RTCSmp temperature control technology ensures that the user's settings are closely regulated.
The Garland HOIN3200 induction buffet's top surfaces are made of Ceran® glass that is smooth and fits seamlessly into existing countertops. To prevent the danger of exposure to hot surfaces, this unit will only produce heat when ferrous cookware is used.
