The Garland HEEGM48CL high-efficiency charbroiler has a stainless steel body and front rail that resists damage. Designed with cutouts, the front rail can hold third-size food pans so toppings and ingredients can be kept close at hand. Made of cast iron, this unit's nine burners each have individual radiants and are rated 13,000 BTU each.

Each burner of the Garland HEEGM48CL high-efficiency charbroiler is equipped with independent high and low controls, and the entire system can be turned on and off with a switch. For versatility, the charbroiler's grates are reversible—one side has a wide brand edge and the other has a fine edge.
