With a total output of 144,000 BTU, the Garland GTBG48-NR48 countertop charbroiler has eight stainless steel tube burners, each covered by a cast iron radiant. The reversible cast iron broiler racks, divided into 3-inch-wide sections, allow for versatile branding with 1/8-inch and 3/16-inch brand marks. This unit features non-adjustable cast iron grates and manual controls, ensuring straightforward operation in commercial kitchens.
Designed for durability, the GTBG48-NR48 charbroiler is constructed of stainless steel. A large-capacity stainless steel crumb tray simplifies cleanup, while the 31⁄2-inch front work surface provides additional convenience. The unit is equipped with a 3/4-inch NPT gas regulator with a "T" gas manifold connection, allowing for either rear or flush-mount gas connections. For added stability, it stands on four 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.
