Garland GTBG24-AB24 24" Gas Charbroiler w/ Cast Iron Grates, Liquid Propane

The Garland GTBG24-AB24 gas charbroiler's front, sides, and back are made of stainless steel, providing durability and cleanliness that a commercial kitchen requires. It has a large-capacity crumb tray—also made of stainless steel—that catches grease and debris and is removable for cleaning. The unit is mounted on adjustable legs that support installation on countertops without overheating.

This Garland GTBG24-AB24 gas charboiler has cast iron grates that can be adjusted to lie flat or tilted at an angle. Its broiler racks are arranged in 3-inch reversible sections. Two burners heat the charbroiler surface and each broiler is controlled independently by a hi/low valve. This unit uses ceramic briquettes.
