Garland GME36-I14S Description
The Garland GME36-I14S Master floor model commercial induction range is equipped with four induction hobs. These hobs are controlled by knobs that are adjustable to 12 power levels—these knobs remain cool to the touch to protect users from burns. The induction cooktop automatically detects when a pan is present and will shut off when the pan is removed. To protect against overheating, the cooktop has boil-dry protection.
The Garland GME36-I14S induction range has a stainless steel chassis and a seamless glass top. These materials are durable and can be wiped clean. The unit's base is a storage compartment that keeps pots and pans at ready access. If the range must be installed on uneven surfaces, it's mounted on 6-inch legs that are adjustable to level it.
