Garland GFIR36M 35 1/2" Gas Salamander Broiler, Natural Gas

For durability, the Garland GFIR36M salamander broiler features many stainless steel components, including its top, front, sides, backsplash, and bottom, which all resist scrapes, dings, and dents. Its broiling rack stays fixed, holding food underneath the infrared elements. To adjust the intensity, users can twist the control valves to high or low instead of adjusting the rack. While finishing product, loose sediment falls into a large, removable grease pan to prevent mid-day cleanups and for fast cleaning. For user safety, this unit has a flame failure feature that prevents gas buildup, and its flue directs gasses up to the hood ventilation system.
