Garland ED-36G Description
Intended for countertop use, the Garland ED-36G electric griddle provides three-zone cooking in a small footprint. It’s mounted on four-inch legs to increase airflow, so it doesn’t burn countertops or overheat. Its three zones can be adjusted by recessed controls that are secluded to protect them from dings. Depending on the type of food cooked, users can adjust the temperature from 100 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Garland ED-36G electric griddle has a smooth plate that can be wiped free of grease and crumbs. To improve cleaning further, the grease tray catches debris to keep it off countertops. Welded-on splashes cover both sides and the rear, preventing grease from flying off the griddle and landing on the wall or other equipment. To provide durability, the sides and front are made of stainless steel.
