Garland ED-36G Description
The Garland ED-36G electric griddle has a stainless steel front and sides to withstand repeated use. Its griddle plate is smooth, so it can be wiped free of particles or grease after cooking burgers or pancakes. To keep the countertop clean, it has a concealed grease drawer that catches stray debris. Four-inch legs buffer the unit from countertops, so neither sustain heat damage.
To keep grease from splattering on walls and nearby equipment, the Garland ED-36G electric griddle has a splash guard on the rear and sides. Its three zones can be operated separately using three knobs, which are adjustable from 100 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit depending on application. To protect them from damage, these controls are recessed so they aren’t bumped into.
