Garland ED-36G Description
Because it has separate thermostatic controls for each section, users can cook three different foods simultaneously on the Garland ED-36G electric griddle. These controls are recessed to protect them from collisions and can be adjusted from 100 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit as needed. Ideal for commercial kitchens, the sides and front are made of durable stainless steel, and the griddle plate is smooth, so it can be wiped clean of food particles.
The Garland ED-36G electric griddle has splash guards on the sides and back to prevent grease from splashing off the plate and hitting walls or nearby equipment. To keep the countertop clean, this unit has a grease drawer that captures food particles that slip through. Its 4-inch legs elevate it off surfaces, preventing overheat and protecting counters from heat damage.
