The Garland ED-15SF countertop electric fryer's controls are recessed to protect them from damage. When the temperature rises, an indicator light informs users it's warming up, preventing accidental burns on hot equipment.
Providing durability in a commercial setting, the front, sides, and tank of the Garland ED-15SF countertop electric fryer are made of stainless steel. This resists dents, corrosion, and is brisk to wipe clean after use. To facilitate cleaning, the tank is removable and the bottom is flat, so food particles won't build in any creases.
