Mounted on four-inch legs, the Garland ED-15SF electric fryer sits on a countertop without overheating or burning the surface. Featuring twin frying baskets and a 15-pound fat capacity, this unit is great for cooking mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and French fries. Its stainless steel tank, front, and sides make it durable for heavy-duty use, and the tank is removable for quick cleaning.
The Garland ED-15SF countertop electric fryer is controlled by an electronic thermostat. To prevent damage to the controls or accidental temperature changes, they are recessed in the front of the unit. When the fryer is heating up, an indicator light turns on to warn users.
