Garland ED-15F Description
Holding 15 pounds of fat, the Garland ED-15F countertop electric fryer has twin baskets for frying chicken tenders, onion rings, and French fries. It's designed for high-volume use due to its stainless steel construction, which is dent and rust resistant. The tank also is made of stainless steel and, because it has a flat bottom, it prevents food crevices from caking up. It can be removed for thorough cleaning.
The Garland ED-15F electric fryer has a light to indicate when the unit heats up, preventing users from touching it and accidently burning themselves. The temperature is adjustable using the front-mounted electronic controls, and to protect the controls from damage, they are recessed and isolated. This unit has a small footprint due to its countertop design and is mounted on four-inch legs to prevent overheating.
