This Chef & Sommelier FL929 salad/dessert fork's Black Oak pattern has a rustic, bark-like surface on its curved handle, creating a visually appealing contrast with refined tines. Sized for starter salads, appetizers, and desserts, it measures 71⁄4 inches long so guests can spear meat and thick vegetables from salads and lift bites of cake with ease. Its 18/10 stainless steel construction is the highest grade available for flatware and consists of 18 percent chrome and 10 percent nickel. Its high nickel concentration increases its rust and bend resistance for lasting use in upscale restaurants, and it's pricier than 18/8 and 18/0 flatware.
