The KitchenAid SSA sausage stuffer attaches to the food grinder attachment, which is sold separately, to help you create one-of-a-kind homemade sausage. The small stuffing tube is perfect for breakfast sausage links, while the larger stuffing tube can prepare bratwurst, and Italian- and Polish-style sausage. Since the food grinder attachment is powered by your KitchenAid stand mixer, you can focus on working with the sausage stuffer and sausage meat.

Not Up to what I expect from Kitchen Aid
"Sausage leaks out of screw threds even when tightened beyond hand tight. Plastic plunger is useless for stuffing sausage. The sausage pushes right around the plunger. Which is a very loose fit to the feeder tube. As a grinder the attachment is ok but as a sausage stuffer poor at best."
