Letting operators mix product in the vessel it will be prepared in, the 16-inch-long stainless steel shaft on the KitchenAid KHBC416 commercial hand blender reaches deep into pots. It has nine speed options, with slow settings for blending and stirring and faster settings for creaming, whipping, emulsifying, and pureeing. The unit's second handle and protective grip enhance leverage and gripping during blending. If operators need to perform other tasks while the blender runs, it can be set on its continuous feature. For hands-free operation, a bowl clamp is included to secure it to pot edges.
