"If this product breaks (mine seized and the shaft stopped turning, even by hand) KitchenAid will find anything they can to void the warranty. Hassle-free is hilarious. Bought machine in April, it broke by September and customer service promptly told me that the warranty was voided for a reason that was undocumented in any literature by the company."
