    "Just bought this today after my old processor blew up last night. I cannot make it work. I've read all the instructions, and it should, but won't. Gonna box it up and take it back tomorrow. This truly is a piece of junk. And I cook a lot, and think I know what I'm talking about. It just won't engage."
