The Moffat H8T-FS-UC Turbofan® undercounter holding cabinet offers a compact and efficient solution for maintaining food at ideal serving temperatures. Designed to hold up to eight full-size pans with lip load slides spaced 27/8 inches apart, this cabinet is ideal for maximizing space in smaller kitchens. Its non-insulated design is perfect for short-term holding, while the glass door provides clear visibility of contents. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this unit is built to withstand rigorous use and is easy to clean.
Equipped with touch screen controls and icon-driven programs, the Moffat H8T-FS-UC cabinet is intuitive to operate. Features such as individual shelf timers and a USB interface allow for precise customization and monitoring. The cabinet's internal temperature can be set between 68 and 194 degrees Fahrenheit. Mounted on 21/2-inch casters, including two swivel casters with locks, this cabinet is easy to move and secure.
