The Moffat H10T-FS Turbofan® holding cabinet provides a high-capacity solution for maintaining food at ideal serving temperatures. With a capacity for 10 full-size sheet pans and lip load slides spaced 27/8 inches apart, this cabinet accommodates various menu items. Its non-insulated design is perfect for short-term holding, while the glass door ensures full visibility of stored items. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the unit offers exceptional durability and is easy to clean.
Featuring advanced touch screen controls and icon-driven programs, the Moffat H10T-FS cabinet simplifies operation and ensures precise temperature management between 68 and 194 degrees Fahrenheit. Individual shelf timers and a USB interface enhance customization and monitoring capabilities. Mounted on 3-inch casters, including two with locks, the cabinet is both mobile and stable.
