Overall, the Hoshizaki WLR46B-D2 worktop refrigerator measures 46 inches wide with an 11.78-cubic-foot space. It has two drawers, and each drawer holds two 12-inch by 20-inch pans (sold separately). Because the drawers’ frames, slides, and ball bearing are made of stainless steel, they can hold 250 pounds. The 2-inch CFC-free polyurethane foam maintains cabinet temperatures. The unit’s front, exterior, and top are made of stainless steel, and the back, sides, and floor are made of stainless steel. The cabinet features 6-inch stem casters so it’s simple to install with other worktop configurations.
This Hoshizaki WLR46B-D2 Steelheart worktop refrigerator’s refrigeration system is mounted at the side. Via capillary tubes, this unit circulates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The off cycle defrost system thaws ice on the evaporator coil, while the non-electric evaporator system handles excess condensate. Its electronic controls have a navigable temperature range between 28 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit.
