The Hoshizaki UR72B-D6 three-section undercounter refrigerator is designed for durable longevity with its stainless steel front, sides, and top. This three-section unit has a smooth, flat top that can be slid beneath countertops in an existing commercial kitchen layout. The refrigerator is 72 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 33³/₄ inches high and features six drawers that provide a total interior storage space of 18 cubic feet.

The drawers are made of stainless steel and sit on 16-gauge drawer slides designed to consistently support the weight of a drawer at full capacity. The drawers have black aluminum handles recessed into the front for a flush design. The drawer gaskets are magnetic and easy to remove and clean for prevention of mold and bacteria build-up. The top three drawers feature a 19³/₅-inch depth, while the bottom drawers are 13¹/₅ inches deep. The three sections are insulated with polyurethane foam to maintain food safe cold storage temperatures.

The refrigeration system in the Hoshizaki UR72B-D6 undercounter refrigerator is self-contained and rear mounted. It breathes from the front, eliminating the need for side or rear clearance, and the evaporator system is energy efficient and non-electric. The off-cycle defrost features prevents ice build up on the evaporator coil. Its capillary tube system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep the temperature at a set level between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit.
