The Hoshizaki UR60B-D4 undercounter refrigerator is constructed of steel and features four durable drawers that provide versatile cold storage in existing kitchen configurations. The unit sits on four heavy-duty casters and features a smooth, flat top that enables users to place it under countertops or work tables. The full refrigerator measures 60 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 33³/₄ inches high and offers 15¹/₄ cubic feet of interior storage space.

The refrigeration system is self-contained and rear mounted, using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep the contents cold. This refrigerant is eco friendly and reduces the impact on the environment through frequent use. The cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam, which holds in cooled air; the refrigeration system helps the unit maintain temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is designed to hold its internal temperature in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

The stainless steel drawers on the Hoshizaki UR60B-D4 undercounter refrigerator are designed to hold pre-filled food pans of various sizes in in various configurations. The top drawer features a 19³/₅-inch depth and the bottom drawer is 13¹/₅ inches deep. The drawers are equipped with magnetic gaskets that can be removed for effective cleaning.
