The Hoshizaki UR36B-LP undercounter refrigerator is a compact unit ideal for installation below preparation tables as an extension to common cool storage. It’s equipped with a self-contained refrigeration system that’s mounted at the rear to enable ample interior space. This system uses a capillary tubing system to control the flow of R290 refrigerant, an environmentally safe and efficient alternative to traditional refrigerants. An off-cycle defrost prevents ice development on the E-coated evaporator coil.

Overall, the Hoshizaki UR36B-LP low-profile refrigerator measures 36 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 31⁹/₁₀ inches high and is made of stainless steel. The interior space spans 8.64 cubic feet and is fitted with an epoxy-coated steel shelf that can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments among the aluminum pilasters. For mobility as needed, the cabinet stands on four casters, two of which lock.
