Each drawer is equipped with a stainless steel frame, acetal roller, and stop for seamless operation. The solid door is designed with a self-closing feature using springs and can stay open past 90 degrees. For versatile placement options, the door is field reversible, and the front-breathing airflow design supports a 1-inch rear wall clearance. The unit’s durable stainless steel construction and the two interior shelves’ epoxy coating resist corrosion for a long lifespan.

With a temperature range between 28 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit, the Hoshizaki ULR93B-D4 undercounter refrigerator uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly cooling. Staff can digitally set the holding temperature, and the current temperature readout is available for view on the external display. While the off-cycle defrost works to inhibit ice growth on important coils, the non-electric evaporation system gets rid of excess humidity and water.
