Designed with a self-contained refrigeration system with a front-breathing design, the Hoshizaki ULR93B Steelheart undercounter refrigerator eases installation and supports various placement options. This system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to ensure temperatures remain cold and consistent. Staff can set the holding temperature between 28 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit and monitor the current temperature level with the digital display. For ideal operation, the included off-cycle defrost inhibits ice formation on important coils, while the evaporation system and mullion heaters eliminate condensate formation.

The Hoshizaki ULR93B undercounter refrigerator has 30.17 cubic feet of interior space across its three sections, and the front of the unit is equipped with three self-closing doors with field-reversible hinges and a stay-open feature. Constructed of high-quality stainless steel with back and bottom panels made of coated steel, this unit contains polyurethane foam insulation between the metal paneling for temperature retention. The cabinet comes with four epoxy-coated, adjustable shelves on anodized aluminum supports. Overall, this refrigerator measures 93 inches wide by 33¹/₄ inches deep by 33⁷/₈ inches high and is positioned on six 4-inch steam casters.
