Each drawer can hold two 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch food pans, which must be purchased separately. For enhanced interior storage, the two heavy-duty shelves sit on aluminum pilasters, which are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments. Overall, this refrigerator measures 67 inches wide by 33¹/₄ inches deep by 33⁷/₈ inches high and has an interior capacity of 19.97 cubic feet.

The Hoshizaki ULR67B-D2 undercounter refrigerator’s front-breathing design enables placement next to walls and other equipment with only a 1-inch clearance, while the refrigeration system is side mounted for convenient access when cleaning or servicing is needed. For replacement or cleaning, the air filter is removable. The unit’s evaporation system and mullion heaters work together to reduce condensation, and the off-cycle defrost prevents ice from developing on the evaporator coil. With a temperature range between 28 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and polyurethane insulation to maintain cold conditions. Staff can view the current temperature readout on the digital display.
