This refrigerator's lower half features two sections with two adjustable shelves for a combined 14.8 cubic foot interior space. To maintain cold temperatures without limiting accessibility, two spring-assisted doors grant access to this space, designed to stay open past 90 degrees for reach-in functionality and to shut automatically at lesser angles. Magnetic gaskets create a strong seal that maintains food-safe temperatures.

This unit's upper half features a cold bar that holds (12) 4-inch-deep poly pans, kept cold with an energy-efficient aeration system, which hold various fillings, toppings, and meat selections for sandwiches or salads. These pans maintain distance from cool surfaces with adapter bars and are protected from external contaminants with the removable, insulated top cover. To prepare large orders of chef salads or juicy Reubens, a 60-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board is attached to the upper half for a smooth, clean surface to cut on.

Here, a web of capillary tubes spread eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant throughout the unit while an enamel-coated evaporator works to remove hot gas condensate and consistently initiate timed defrosts. This intricate design helps preserve equipment, provide seamless performance, and maintain temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. Four 6-inch casters are equipped—two of which have brakes for stationary positioning—to easily move the station for routine cleaning
