The Hoshizaki RM-7-HC-WHT refrigerated countertop merchandiser features a durable aluminum exterior with a neutral white coating designed to complement most established themes. The interior is made of steel with a stainless steel bottom. This space is fitted with three epoxy-coated wire shelves—the top two are adjustable—and for stability, the cabinet sits on four 2-inch leveling legs. The glass door works in tandem with the LED canopy lights to provide a clear view of the items inside.

Operating temperature of the Hoshizaki RM-7-HC-WHT one-section refrigerator can be set by utilizing the digital controller. The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant—an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon. If a drastic temperature shift occurs an alarm sounds to notify operators.
