The Hoshizaki R1A-FG one-section commercial refrigerator has a digital solid-state controller, featuring temperature alarms and an LED temperature display that can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius. For enhanced strength and resistance to corrosion and scratches, the refrigerator is constructed predominantly of stainless steel. Cold air retention is boosted by the cabinet’s two inches of foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.

With its glass door, the Hoshizaki R1A-FG reach-in refrigerator gives kitchen staff a look inside the cabinet. Ducted air distribution improves internal air circulation, which helps reduce the number of potential cabinet hot spots. Providing ample storage space, the interior has three adjustable shelves and 23 cubic feet of space. Users save money with the refrigerator’s internal LED lighting, which is more efficient than traditional lighting setups.
