Directly behind and raised above the cutting board is a space designed to hold third-size food pans for keeping produce, meat, or shredded cheese close at hand while crafting pizzas.

This table's sizeable exterior measures 67 inches wide overall and fits two field-reversible doors. Once open, this unit's cabinet offers a useful capacity of 19.29 cubic feet equipped with two adjustable shelves per section. Included with the unit are shelf support pilasters that keep the shelves stable; the shelves are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments. For smooth stocking, the doors remain open at a 90-degree angle. For durability, this unit is supported by a stainless steel front, sides, top, and interior, while the back and bottom are constructed of galvanized steel to provide corrosion resistance.
