Because the condenser of the Hoshizaki KM-1100MWJ/B-1300SS ice maker with bin is self-contained, it's easier to install and maintain than a remote model. It's also water cooled, making it energy efficient and suitable for establishments that already have a water-circulating chiller system. This ice machine head creates as much as 1,073 pounds of crescent-cube ice in a day, and to keep the ice tasting fresh, its components are treated with H-Guard Plus® antimicrobial agent to prevent mildew growth.

The Hoshizaki KM-1100MWJ/B-1300SS ice machine bin combo holds 1,304 pounds of ice in its container. To ensure ice doesn't melt during storage, its walls, door, and bottom are insulated. A pouch-style door prevents the formation of condensation to ensure the area around the door doesn't become wet and slippery. An 82-ounce scoop is included and has been treated with H-Guard Plus.
