When running at optimal conditions, the Hoshizaki IM-500SAB/B-1150SS/H full-cube ice machine makes 489 pounds over a 24-hour period, with each ice cube measuring 1 inch by 1¹/₄ inches. The machine’s compressor uses R-404A refrigerant, and the removable air filters are located on the front and right side of the unit. If the machine encounters operational problems, the EverCheck™ system alerts users, and the system performs an automatic shutdown if the problem persists.

Designed with stainless steel front, sides, back, and bottom panels, the Hoshizaki IM-500SAB/B-1150SS/H ice machine features a bin with a 1,148 storage capacity. This unit includes an 87-ounce ice scoop and is mounted on adjustable 6-inch legs.
