The Hoshizaki HC2A-HS Steelheart heated cabinet is built to meet the demands of high-volume foodservice operations. This upright, two-section pass-thru cabinet features a stainless steel interior and exterior for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Its half-height doors minimize heat loss during access, while the insulated cabinet and doors maintain consistent temperatures. With six epoxy-coated shelves measuring 211/4 inches by 26 inches and a top compartment capable of holding up to 36 sheet pans, this cabinet provides ample storage for a variety of food items.
Equipped with a solid state digital controller and LED display, the Hoshizaki HC2A-HS heated cabinet allows for precise temperature monitoring and adjustments between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. A built-in temperature alarm alerts operators to fluctuations, ensuring food quality is preserved. For added convenience, the unit is mounted on four 4-inch casters, offering smooth mobility and easy repositioning.
