The Hoshizaki HC2A-FS Steelheart heated cabinet has two sections and features a stainless steel interior and exterior, providing superior resistance to wear and corrosion. Its insulated cabinet and full stainless steel doors ensure consistent temperature maintenance, while the field-reversible door design offers flexibility for various kitchen setups. Equipped with six epoxy-coated shelves measuring 211/4 inches by 26 inches and a top compartment accommodating up to 36 sheet pans, this cabinet delivers ample storage for high-volume operations.
The Hoshizaki HC2A-FS heated cabinet features a solid state digital controller with an easy-to-read LED display, enabling precise temperature monitoring and adjustments. A built-in temperature alarm alerts operators to any fluctuations, safeguarding food quality, and this unit supports temperature adjustments between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Mounted on four 4-inch casters, this cabinet is easy to move and position.
