Wells SS-206TD Description
The Wells SS-206TD drop-in food well is designed to be top mounted inside hot-and-cold bar setups. It comes standard with Wellslock for simplified installation. This unit can be used for wet or dry operation, but wet operation is recommended for the best results. The unit’s heavy-duty top flange is welded to the deep-drawn stainless steel warming pan for a durable design.
A powerful tubular heating element controlled by thermostatic controls is recessed below the Wells SS-206TD drop-in hot food well. The unit features a high-limit precaution to prevent overheating. The unit has a 1/2-inch drain inside, and its 12-inch by 20-inch opening can support a single, full-size pan.
