Wells RW-36HD Description
To preserve heat and optimize efficiency, the Wells RW-36HD drawer warmer is fully insulated. It's built with three drawers that each have separate thermostatic controls for precise temperature adjustment, and for humidity control, each drawer also features adjustable front vents. All three drawers accommodate one standard 6-inch-deep food pan; the pans are included with the unit.
The Wells RW-36HD warming drawer is ideal for residential homes, medical settings, dining halls, and other operations holding large batches of food at warm temperatures before serving. To withstand daily commercial use, it's constructed of corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel that can be wiped clean. For additional strength, it features a heavy-duty, reinforced construction that supports hefty items such as roasts or baked potatoes. Overall, this built-in unit measures 291⁄4 inches wide by 211⁄21⁄8 inches high.
