Wells LLF-14-QS Description
Compact and made for countertop applications, the Wells LLF-14-QS electric fryer saves kitchen space, and it has a 14-pound fat capacity, which is ideal for concession stands or larger full-service restaurants. Because the frypot is made of stainless steel, it is straightforward to clean, and it comes with two small removable baskets that can each accommodate a batch of food. The front, top, and sides of the fryer are stainless steel, increasing the unit's durability for commercial operations.
The temperature in this Wells LLF-14-QS countertop fryer is adjustable thermostatically, with a range between 200 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the application. Immersion-type elements in the fryer evenly distribute heat, and because they swing up, users can conveniently access the pot for cleaning. This unit is elevated off the counter by 1⁄2-inch feet that adjust for stability on uneven surfaces.
