Wells HDG-4830G Description
The Wells HDG-4830G countertop griddle has four burners that heat the griddle surface evenly. Its heavy-duty plate is 3⁄4 inch thick and can withstand repeated heating and cooling. Four burners heat the top and individual, manual controls empower users to set the griddle temperature between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This facilitates close temperature control for four sections and grilling different foods in different areas. The griddle is heated by natural gas and it can be converted to LP gas in the field using the included conversion kit. It comes with 4-inch steel legs for the proper clearance underneath.

- Heat is adjustable using manual controls, including an infinite dial and on/off valve

- Front, sides, and splash guard are made of stainless steel for scratch and rust resistance
- Crumbs and grease are contained in the large-capacity drip pan
- Adjustable air shutters maintain the correct airflow to the burners
- Mounted on 4-in. adjustable steel legs
- Needs 4 in. of clearance between the unit bottom and a combustible surface
