The flat, thin Thunder Group WDPP1442 pizza peel is a great addition to most pizza-based restaurants and parlors with its agile, efficient frame. This peel's lightweight pine wood construction resists stubborn sticking because of its textured surface, with a blade measuring 155/8 inches by 14 inches. This blade slips large Spanish pizzas into hot ovens to crisp by flame, while bringing out strawberries and cream dessert pizzas that have crystallized from the warmth. A 263/8-inch-long handle extends from the blade, creating adequate space between line cooks and hot surfaces.
